How Private Label Works — 4 Steps
- Brief & NDA — Share your brand direction, target aesthetic, color palette and product categories. We sign an NDA before you share any proprietary design information.
- Design Development — Our 30-member in-house design team prepares 2–3 concept directions within 3–5 business days. Patterns, colorways and packaging concepts aligned with your brand guidelines.
- 7-Day Sampling — Pre-production samples shipped within 7 calendar days. Evaluate paper quality, color accuracy, print registration, packaging finish and structural integrity before committing to bulk.
- Exclusive Production — Bulk production begins after your written sample approval. Your designs are exclusive and not offered to any other client. Reorder timelines are planned into your program from day one.
Private Label FAQ
What is the MOQ for private label? Logo placement on standard designs: 300 sets. Fully custom patterns: 1,000 sets minimum. Custom branded packaging: 1,000 units.
How is my design protected? We sign a mutual NDA before receiving any design files. Custom patterns are documented as your exclusive property and not licensed, copied or adapted for any other client.
What packaging options are available? Individual polybag with custom hang tag, branded header card with euroslot, retail gift box, PDQ display tray, and shelf-ready master carton.
Can you develop 100% original, non-IP designs? Yes. This is our specialty. Original themes carry no licensing fees, no discontinuation risk, and no royalty obligations — giving your product line a longer commercial life.
Can I expand the product line after a successful first order? Yes. We maintain your design files, packaging specs and compliance documentation so adding new SKUs requires only design approval, not starting from scratch.
