Party Supplies Sourcing FAQ for Wholesale Buyers

MOQ is 1,000 sets per design, or 500 sets per design when you order four or more designs (counted in finished sets; one party kit is one set); we confirm order details in writing after reviewing your product or reference image, target quantity, print method, pack count and retail packaging.

Yes. Available samples and pre-production samples can be arranged. Samples of existing designs and simple constructions are free; complex or custom samples are charged at actual cost. The buyer covers courier freight. Simple samples take about 7 days after design confirmation; complex sample timing is confirmed per project.

Please provide the product or reference image, dimensions, material if known, pack count, target quantity, destination country, required delivery date, packaging needs and any retailer or compliance requirements.

Payment is TT: 30% deposit to start production, with the 70% balance paid before shipment.

Yes. Project options can include custom artwork, colors, product assortments, branded retail packaging, barcodes and shipping cartons. Feasibility is confirmed by project.

Yes. Original theme development is available for buyers who want to avoid third-party character licensing. Artwork ownership, exclusivity and NDA terms should be confirmed in the written project agreement.

Production-ready Adobe Illustrator or high-resolution PDF files are preferred. Include outlined fonts, embedded images, dimensions, colors and dielines when available. If the artwork is not production-ready, tell us what design support you need.

Timing depends on product construction, artwork readiness, materials, packaging, testing needs, order quantity and seasonal capacity. Production takes 25–30 days after the deposit is received and the design is approved; final timing is confirmed in writing based on order quantity.

The approved specification, artwork and pre-production sample form the project reference. Inspection requirements, sampling level, acceptable quality limits and third-party inspection options should be agreed before production.

Jinhua Damai Craft Co., Ltd. holds FSC Chain of Custody certificate CN23/00004410, valid through 17 August 2028 subject to surveillance audits, and a historical ISO 9001:2015 certificate whose issuer record shows it was withdrawn on 3 October 2025 (the issued document displayed an expiry date of 2 April 2027). An amfori BSCI full monitoring audit was completed by Bureau Veritas; the current summary shows an expiration date of 3 December 2026.

No. An FSC claim applies only when the selected material, product scope and order documentation meet FSC requirements. We confirm FSC eligibility for the actual SKU and order before artwork or label approval.

Sample-specific reports are available for selected paper cups, paper plates, party tableware components and cutlery under identified EU and U.S. requirements. Reports apply only to the submitted samples and test conditions; we check whether an existing report matches your material and SKU or quote new testing.

No blanket claim is made. CPSIA and Children's Product Certificate requirements depend on the final components, materials, age grading and current test scope. We review the finished kit configuration and identify any required testing before bulk production.

Export packaging, barcode labeling and shipment coordination can be evaluated for the project. Final delivery route, importer responsibilities, freight cost and Amazon or 3PL requirements are confirmed with the buyer and appointed freight provider.
