How a Showroom Visit Works
1. Walk the range by occasion
Review plates, cups, napkins, banners and accessories grouped by holiday and party theme, then shortlist the designs that fit your channel.
2. Pick samples
Existing designs with simple constructions are sampled free (you pay courier freight), in about 7 days. Custom or complex constructions are sampled at actual cost.
3. Confirm terms in writing
MOQ 1,000 sets per design, or 500 per design for 4+ designs. Production 25–30 days after deposit and design approval. Payment TT 30% / 70% before shipment.
Showroom FAQ
Can I get samples of the designs I see in the showroom?
Yes. Samples of existing designs and simple constructions are free; the buyer pays the courier freight. Simple samples take about 7 days. Complex constructions or custom artwork are sampled at actual cost, with timing confirmed per project.
What is the minimum order quantity?
1,000 sets per design. For programs of 4 or more designs, the MOQ is 500 sets per design. Quantities are counted in finished sets; one party kit counts as one set.
How long does production take after I choose designs?
Production takes 25–30 days after the deposit is received and the design is approved. The exact date is confirmed in writing based on order quantity.
What payment terms do you accept?
TT: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment.
