U.S. WHOLESALE BUYER GUIDE
Build a commercially usable kids birthday range around an age band, guest count and original visual world—not an unlicensed character. Control the component list, artwork rights, packaging, sample and evidence scope before quotation.
STEP 1
Start with the Commercial Brief
State the age band, guest count and non-IP theme direction. Include the launch date and replenishment plan. Current MOQ, sampling route and production timing can only be confirmed after the intended assortment and quantity are clear.
STEP 2
Control the Product, Packaging and Inventory Risk
Define the sellable unit
State the target age band, guest count, plate, cup, napkin and only the decorations needed for the first range.
Control artwork rights
Use original, buyer-owned or properly licensed files. Record the approved revision for each printed component.
Plan retail packaging
Confirm visible contents, pack count, barcode, country-of-origin marking, warnings, inner pack and master carton.
Approve the physical sample
Check dimensions, materials, print, colors, component count, finished pack and the specification used for bulk production.
STEP 3
Approve the Final SKU—Not a Generic Claim
Existing Damai sample photographs demonstrate physical sample-development and coordinated-product capability. They do not prove that a future kids birthday SKU, artwork, pack or shipment has been approved. Tie the final physical sample to one dated specification and artwork revision.
- Approve dimensions, materials, construction, print, colors and finished appearance.
- Approve component count, retail pack, barcode position, warnings, inner pack and master carton.
- Age grading, small parts, warnings and evidence must be reviewed against every final component.
- Record any testing or evidence gap before bulk-production approval.

STEP 4
Send a Quote-Ready Kids Birthday Brief
Include buyer type, sales channel, destination, required date, component list, dimensions, materials, authorized artwork, pack count, packaging, estimated quantity and sample expectations. Damai Party can then review feasibility, current MOQ, sample method, schedule and product-matched evidence.
Kids Birthday Wholesale FAQ
Can Damai copy a popular cartoon character?
No. Use original, buyer-owned or properly licensed artwork. A non-IP program can use an original theme direction without copying protected characters.
What determines the MOQ?
MOQ depends on the component mix, dimensions, materials, printing, number of designs, pack count, packaging and total order structure.
What should the physical sample confirm?
Approve every component, dimensions, materials, artwork, color, pack count, warnings, retail packaging and the controlled written specification.
Does one test report cover the whole kit?
No. Evidence relevance must be checked for each component, material, intended use, age grading and destination market.
