FAQ
What is the MOQ for custom paper plates?
1,000 sets per design. For programs of 4 or more designs, the MOQ is 500 sets per design. Quantities are counted in finished sets; one party kit counts as one set.
Can I get a free sample?
Yes. Samples of existing designs and simple constructions are free; you pay the courier freight. Simple samples take about 7 days. Custom artwork or complex constructions are sampled at actual cost.
How long is production?
25–30 days after the deposit is received and the design is approved, confirmed in writing based on order quantity.
What are the payment terms?
TT 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment.
Can you match plates with cups, napkins and decorations?
Yes. Since 2013 we have specialized in custom holiday and party supplies with one-stop sourcing, so plates, cups, napkins, banners and party kits can be developed as one coordinated collection.
