Real Damai sample reference. Final components, artwork, materials, pack-out, MOQ and evidence are confirmed against the approved physical sample.

Step 1 · Select the Guest Count

8-Guest Starter

Best for: boutique retail, small e-commerce tests and compact gifting.

Keep the kit focused and easy to pack. Consider plates, cups, napkins, one banner and limited accessories.

16-Guest Core Kit

Best for: mainstream birthdays, baby showers and online party brands.

Supports coordinated tableware plus favor bags, toppers or décor while keeping shipping weight controlled.

24-Guest Group Kit

Best for: larger celebrations, retail chains and event-oriented buyers.

Requires more attention to carton strength, component count accuracy and final landed-cost review.

Step 2 · Build the Component Matrix

Component 8 guests 16 guests 24 guests Specification to confirm
Paper plates 8 or 16 16 or 32 24 or 48 Size, board, coating, print and pack count
Paper cups 8 16 24 Capacity, intended use, coating and print

Step 3 · Packaging & Marketplace Checklist

  • Brand name and approved logo files
  • UPC/EAN or Amazon FNSKU route
  • Retail carton or mailer dimensions
  • Required warning and origin labels
  • Component count printed on package
  • Insert card and assembly instructions
  • Polybag suffocation warning if applicable
  • Inner pack and master carton quantity
  • Carton marks and destination labels
  • ISTA/drop-test requirement if requested
  • Marketplace photo and content needs
  • Blind shipping or FBA preparation needs

Step 4 · Physical Sample Approval

Product sample

Approve print, color, size, material, construction and intended-use suitability.

Pack-out sample

Count every component and review how buyers open, understand and store the kit.

Shipping sample

Review carton protection, dimensions, weight and any retailer or marketplace test requirement.

Step 5 · Evidence Review

Food-contact reports, FSC eligibility and other documents are checked against the actual product, material, coating, intended use and destination market. Existing evidence is not presented as blanket coverage for every component.

Send with your RFQ: guest count, component matrix, quantity, destination, packaging format, reference artwork and target launch date.
