Pack-out controls that prevent kit errors

Component matrix

Every SKU, size, color, material, guest count and quantity per kit is listed before sampling.

Physical pack-out sample

The buyer can review how the components fit, the visible presentation and the count sequence before bulk packing.

Carton & labeling route

Retail label, barcode, warning copy, inner pack, master carton and marketplace preparation are confirmed separately.

Recommended approval route

  1. Choose guest count
Start with 8, 16 or 24 guests, or send a custom configuration.
  2. Freeze the matrix
Lock component names, dimensions, quantities and artwork version.
  3. Approve the sample
Check colors, print, count, presentation and pack-out physically.
  4. Release production
Confirm the signed specification, packaging and inspection checkpoints.
